Youth Forum for the Transformation of Agri-food Systems in Latin America and the Caribbean

FAO, in collaboration with Member States and Rural Youth, developed the Action Plan on Youth, which made it possible to organize the Youth Forum in January 2026 in Brasília. The goal of the event was to bring together young people from across the region to foster a dialogue on capacity building and the needs of young people. The result was a Regional Declaration intended to be presented at the 39th FAO Regional Conference for Latin America and the Caribbean (LARC29).
